We ship to most countries worldwide from our fulfilment centre. Every order is dispatched in discreet, plain packaging with no external branding. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you safely.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (including seasonal promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our fulfilment centre. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
We offer several shipping methods depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch:
- United States (Standard): 10–14 business days
- United States (Express): 5–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–28 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, postal delays, or events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
- Free shipping is available on qualifying orders above a minimum spend threshold (displayed at checkout).
- Standard shipping rates apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Express shipping is available at an additional charge for most destinations.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or import charges levied by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
We take your privacy seriously. Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents or our brand name. Return address labels, where required, use a neutral business name.
Seeds are carefully packaged to protect them during transit and to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition for your collection.
We ship internationally to most countries. However, it is your responsibility to verify that importing the products you have ordered is permitted in your country or region.
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, duties, and taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Orders that are seized or refused by customs due to local regulations are not eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an international order.
Most orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the carrier's website.
Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch and can take 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received your dispatch confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at support@ilgm.com.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible:
- For damaged orders: photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 7 days of receipt.
- For lost orders: contact us after allowing the maximum delivery window plus 5 additional business days.
