All seeds sold through this website are offered strictly as collector's items and novelty products only. Seeds are sold for preservation, collection, and souvenir purposes.

It is your responsibility to check and comply with the laws of the country, state, or region in which you reside before purchasing, possessing, or germinating seeds. ILGM accepts no responsibility for the use of seeds in violation of local laws. By placing an order you confirm that you are acting in accordance with the laws applicable to you.

Seed varieties, images, and descriptions are provided for informational and horticultural reference purposes only.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and American Express.
• Transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and our authorised payment processors.
• We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery timescales and charges vary by destination. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

All orders are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging with no external branding identifying the contents. We take every precaution to ensure safe and private delivery.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our reasonable control.

ILGM stands behind the quality of its genetics. We offer a germination guarantee on all seed products subject to the conditions set out in our Returns Policy.

Seeds that fail to germinate under normal conditions as described in our growing guides may be eligible for replacement. Proof of purchase and documentation of the germination attempt may be required.

We do not accept returns of opened seed packaging for hygiene and product integrity reasons, except where covered under the germination guarantee.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of ILGM or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILGM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your use of this site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, where ILGM is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, unless local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
